From plan to logged set

Build the workout once, place it on the calendar, log it in the gym and let the statistics tell you what changed.

Week view by default

Open Training and you land on the current week with everything planned, everything done and what is still waiting - month view is one tap away.

Sessions and routines

A session is one workout with its exercises and targets. A routine is a set of sessions you place as a block, so a full training programme lands on the calendar in seconds.

Muscle groups and exercise photos

Tag exercises with muscle groups and add instruction images, so you know what to do even on the day your head is somewhere else.

Made for a phone at the gym

The mobile calendar switches to a vertical agenda, jumps to the day you tapped and can hide the days with nothing planned.

Log while you lift

Gym mode records set by set, keeps your time at the gym and saves the whole workout to history when you are done.

History and statistics

Completed sessions, total time, volume lifted, weight progression per exercise and time per muscle group - the numbers that tell you whether the plan works.

Train alone, with a coach or with your team

The same training calendar works in a personal account for you, your family and your friends, and in a workplace account where colleagues log activities, send pep and run challenges. Invite a coach and they get the same calendar view, so nothing is lost in translation between the plan and the person following it.

Frequently asked questions

How does the training calendar work?
Pick a week or a month view, then drag a session or a whole routine onto the day you want to train. You can roll a routine out for several weeks at a time and remove anything with a long press or a drag to the bin.
Can I reuse the same workout every week?
Yes. Save a session once with its exercises, sets, reps and target weights, group sessions into a routine, and place that routine on the calendar as often as you like.
What does gym mode do?
Gym mode is the in-session view: one tap logs each set with weight and reps, it keeps your total time at the gym, and the minutes turn into points alongside your other activities.
Does it track weight progression?
Yes. Statistics show volume lifted, weight progression per exercise, completed sessions, streaks and time per muscle group over the weeks.
