1. Acceptance of Terms

WorkMyHealth ("the Service") is operated by Karri AB, Swedish organisation number 559250-7700, Sandgatan 2, 263 62 Viken, Sweden. Privacy contact: info@upzdownz.com. By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WorkMyHealth is a wellness platform that lets organisations and private individuals log physical activity, plan training and follow progress. Workspaces are isolated from each other and each workspace administrator manages their own members. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, occupational-health assessment or any other healthcare service. It must not be used for performance evaluation, disciplinary measures, recruitment, salary or insurance decisions.

3. Accounts

The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old. You must confirm your age when you create an account, and we do not knowingly allow accounts for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we close it and erase the data. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.

3a. Wellness service, not healthcare

WorkMyHealth is a wellness service. It is not healthcare, not a medical device and not an occupational-health service. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice or occupational-health decisions. WorkMyHealth must never be used in an emergency. In an emergency in Sweden, call 112. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing physical activity, and whenever you have symptoms or health concerns. This section does not seek any consent to the processing of personal data; consent is handled separately in the Privacy Notice and at sign-up.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other workspaces.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Notice. For corporate workspaces, the customer organisation is the data controller for its members' activity data and Karri AB acts as data processor under the data processing agreement, which an authorised representative accepts inside the workspace before members can be invited. For personal accounts, Karri AB is the controller for the account holder's own data. See also the subprocessor list and the retention schedule.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms. You may delete your workspace at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
