Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a workspace or using WorkMyHealth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
WorkMyHealth is a workplace wellness platform that lets organizations run physical-activity competitions for their employees. Workspaces are isolated from each other and each workspace administrator manages their own members.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to breach security, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with other workspaces.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6. Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Workspace administrators act as data controllers for their members' activity data; we act as data processor.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms. You may delete your workspace at any time.
8. Disclaimer and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
